THINGS TO DO
For really great tips and spots that many tourists dont know about, we can recommend a youtube channel from a czech local called "HONEST GUIDE" - we picked one video for you, but there are many other. You will not regret watching it
FOOD AND COFFE

Café Club Misenska - it is right below our apartments and has really cozy atmosphere and delicious coffe. It is open from 10:00 AM - 12:00AM and they cook some small food too

Lokal - In our street! You have a list of great restaurants in your room - for dinner, you can try Lokal or Kolonial
SHOP (grocery)

Grocery store Vacek - good and not expensive grocery store 200m from our house (see on map). Other grocery stores are very overpriced so we recommend not to use them!
SIGHTS

Charles bridge - We recommend to try and go to see it early in the morning (e.g. 8 a.m.) as there are not many people at that time - great place to take pictures, there is a small beach with a lot of swans under the end of Manes Bridge when crossing the bridge from our apartment

Prague castle - it is a castle complex in Prague dating to the 9th century and the official residence of the President of the Czech Republic. The Bohemian Crown Jewels are kept within a hidden room inside it.

Strahov monastery - next to Prague Castle, with a beautiful restaurant Petrinske terasy, beer and a stunning view

Lesser Town - the small area below Prague Castle full of churches and baroque buildings. Area that are apartments are in

Kampa - near Charles Bridge, lovely area with small streets and hidden corners, John Lennon Wall, Museum Kampa and Karel Zeman Museum - called after an innovative film director from the 60' - also nice for kids

Old town - the downtown of Prague since the beginning of the city, Jewish Quarter with a cemetery and synagogues, Old Town Square with astronomical clock and Týn Cathedral

Klementinum - national library building with an excellent tour ending at the top of their tower with the best view in Prague

The former municipal house - ultimate example of art noveau architecture

Valdstejnska garden - really nice garden with a family of ostriches just walking around the garden and you can take pictures with them

Sculptures by David Cerny - (hanging man, upside down horse, etc.)

The Dancing house - basically the only example of modern architecture in Prauge
